Such a great book! The recipes are amazing, and the Foodie Bar Way has really encouraged my family to eat more healthy foods. Kids have a tendency to be picky eaters, and with today’s amount of processed foods it is sometimes difficult to get the kids to eat a wide variety of healthy, colorful vegetables.
